Our Team

Back in the late 70s, I formed my first company KarJax Carwash with my sister Karen.

Somehow I got stuck handling sales, operations, and even car washing, and Karen took care of the paperwork. (What paperwork?) I’ll just say that around those ages, 2 years is a big difference.

Building a good team of people is ½ chemistry and ½ communication. My first formal company, Web Elite, developed because we brought in a good balance of task oriented and people oriented personalities. Further, we made sure to establish business objectives and define roles with latitude. What ended up happening is the team built itself organically into a group of individuals dedicated to the success of the company.

Today, Noospheric’s philosophy on team building is much the same. Bring in passionate professionals that care about ethical, measurable success. We make sure to implement review systems to ensure everyone is in a good work/life zone. We know full well that the success of the company is based on people not only doing their job, but enjoying and learning from one another.
